About Us
The United Way funds programs and creates solutions that reduce the impacts of poverty, break the cycle of domestic violence, ensure access to mental health services, and help kids reach their full potential. The United Way supports and invests in agencies that have proven impact. Currently, United Way of PEI is supporting 11 different programs and 12 charities across PEI thanks to the generosity and commitment of donors and volunteers. We also operate 211 PEI, a navigation service that quickly connects Islanders to critical human, social, community, and government services across PEI. A free and confidential service available by phone in more than 150 languages and is available 24/7/365 by dialing 2-1-1 or by searching the website.
